Soo glad I didnt pay full price for the bags. It came in a plastic shipping bag with no crush protection except an air filled bag. I am thinking the letapalooza sale was a chance for them to get rid of subpar stock in all honesty. I have ordered three bags from them now and all have creases in the leather. The other round bag is worse than the Phantom one. Will most definitely NOT be ordering from again. I love the sticker that says video the unboxing. Hard to do considering it didnt come in a box.

Regarding the circle bags, they are designed with soft leather, so some creasing may occur during shipping. In most cases, the bag will return to its normal shape after a few days. We kindly suggest placing some paper or soft cloth inside the bag and letting it sit for a few days to see if it improves.

Printed into it. The vegan leather surface is made for print, so the ink sets in the grain rather than sitting on top — as one reader put it, “the print sits in the grain, it doesn't sit on top of it.”
