Processing
Every order is packed at our Arizona warehouse and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding postal holidays). The moment it ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link for each item.

Delivery estimates are business days, counted from the day your order ships.
Good to know
- Tracking can take 1–3 days to show its first carrier scan — the parcel is moving even if the page hasn’t caught up.
- We currently can’t deliver to US military bases.
- Processing pauses on postal holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Undeliverable or incorrect addresses
If a package comes back to us marked undeliverable or unclaimed, we refund the order subtotal once it arrives back at the warehouse — banks typically take 2–8 business days to post it. During large promotions, shipping charges are deducted from refunds on incomplete addresses, so double-check yours at checkout.
Lost or missing packages
Package lost in transit, or something missing from the box? Write to cs@lettoria.com — we’ll replace, reship or refund as needed.
