About the pre-order

What is a pre-order? How is it different from regular items?

A pre-order lets you reserve styles that are not yet in stock. You save up to $100 per item off the regular retail price. In exchange, you wait until we finish production before we ship.

How long is the pre-order open?

The pre-order runs for 3 days only. After 2 days it closes — no extensions.

Is there a quantity limit?

Yes. Each style is capped at 300 pre-order slots. Once 300 slots are filled the style closes, even if the 3-day window has not ended.

Payment & pricing

When am I charged — at order or at shipment?

The full order is charged at the time of order. This is what secures your pre-order slot at the discounted price.

Can I stack other discount codes on a pre-order item?

No. The discount is already our best offer and does not stack with any other code. Promo codes still apply normally to in-stock items in the same order.

How is the discount applied?

The price shown on the pre-order product page is already the discounted price. No code needed — checkout will reflect this price automatically.

Shipping

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-order items are scheduled to ship in September. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. If the schedule changes, we will email you in advance.

I'm buying both a pre-order item and an in-stock item — how do you ship that?

No problem. Your order will be split into two shipments:

  • Shipment 1 — in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days (standard policy).
  • Shipment 2 — pre-order items ship in September.

You only pay shipping once — no extra fee for the second shipment.

How is shipping calculated for pre-order orders?

Same rates as regular orders. When the order is split, you are not charged shipping twice.

Cancellations, exchanges & refunds

Can I cancel and refund a pre-order?

There are two windows:

  • While the 2-day pre-order is open — you can cancel and receive a 100% refund on the pre-order items. Email cs@lettoria.com with your order number.
  • After the pre-order closes — your order moves into production and can no longer be cancelled. You still have full return rights after delivery (see below).
Can I return a pre-order item after I receive it?

Yes. Pre-order items follow Lettoria's standard 30-day return policy:

  • Request within 30 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, with original packaging, tags and dust bag intact.
  • Customer covers return shipping cost.
  • Refund issued to the original payment method, processed within 14 business days.
Can I switch to a different style/color/size after pre-ordering?

While the 3-day pre-order window is still open, email cs@lettoria.com with your order number — we will swap your item if another style still has slots available. Once the pre-order closes, swaps are no longer possible.

What if my pre-order is delayed beyond the announced ship date?

If shipping slips more than 2 weeks past the September estimate, you are entitled to a 100% refund — even if the cancellation window has closed. We will email you proactively if a delay occurs.

What if my pre-order item arrives damaged or defective?

Email cs@lettoria.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Lettoria will arrange a replacement at no cost — you will not pay return shipping.
