I got the handbag because I loved the look and there were great reviews! After using it only a couple of weeks the corners started to fade and the handles started coming apart. I am not rough on any of my handbags and this should not be happening after a couple weeks of use. Also the zippers stick so sad I don’t even use the one inside the handbag. After I reached out to the support for these issues they gave me this response (in pictures) pretty sad if you ask me. A free wallet and $20 gift card. They can have the purse for all I care.

I LOVE this bag, i’m a huge EAP and tell-tale heart fan so this was an obvious purchase for me. the leather is really nice and the inside is a lot bigger than i thought it would be (for reference, it currently fits my Zodiac Academy 7 book, which is 1000 pages and there’s still room for more). there’s a zipper pocket and two pouches, and i love that it zips closed. I also love how it comes with a larger strap if you want to use it as a shoulder bag instead. Overall great bag, i will definitely be purchasing again!!!

Received my order today and was pleased. I got the leather one with matching wallet. Good size, and the leather was very soft. My only advice would be to send it in a box not a bag. I was lucky it did not get crushed/ mangled during delivery.

I wish someone had written a review like this before I got suckered into purchasing this item. I was excited to receive this after I purchased it because I love all things Edgar Allen Poe. I was very disappointed with what I received. To begin with the image is not very good. Looks like they used an image they found online. Next, the bag itself has its own issues. The zipper gets caught when you try to open it and is not smooth. I fear it may break with minimal use. It is large on the outside, but the sides come inward so the inside is not all that spacious. Also my handles were damaged when I received it, even though it was packed up to be protected. Now to the wallet that I received for ‘free’. I can tell why it was ‘free’, the zipper sticks on it far worse than the bag. It will definitely not last very long. It has the same image as the bag. Also came with a hole in it. Neither item comes with a tag telling where it was made, but by the quality I would say without a doubt China. To give you an idea of the quality, this is something you could find on Temu or Shein for a major fraction of the price this company is scamming customers out of. Do yourself a favor and don’t be like me, skip purchasing this!!!!!

The bag looks beautiful (exactly as pictured). I wasn't sure how the vegan leather would feel but it's really soft and definitely exceeded expectations. Love love!
